My girl is SO expressive. Since her doors are seagull-wing, she naturally takes pride in how cool and unique they look - and since her humanesque form has no doors, obviously, she shows off the next best thing, that being her arms and hands. Thumbs up gestures, flailing her arms around, angrily flipping someone off, intangibly shaking Marty by the shoulders, jumping up with her fist in the air, always helping herself with gesturing when she speaks…
And her shoulders, they jump up and down constantly, sag when she’s annoyed or upset, and go almost to her shoulders when she’s tense or frightened
Her eyes glow brighter when she’s excited or angry
When things have been Terribly Terribly Bad And Wrong, you can see it by her car form AND human form. The car refuses to start or dies down, the time circuits glitch, the headlights are duller. The girl breathes heavily, wide-eyed and shivering, her circuits and flux capacitor glitch or get duller as well, her two silly strands of hair fall flat against her head
She can’t blush and doesn’t seem to know humans do that sometimes, so when she’s flustered, you can only tell by her frantically moving eyes
If she could touch anyone (who she’d want to punch, of course), you’d see she packs a very mean punch. She sorta fulfills it when Doc uses her door to knock out Biff-A on the roof, and treasures that moment ever since
Rarely cries, but can’t help herself when she’s found by Marty and ‘55-Doc after seventy! years! in what’s basically a slightly more spacious grave. She doesn’t care that she’s in shambles, all dusty and covered in webs and whatever, and hungry as hell - she just loves her only family
Gets major cuteness proximity from dogs. Not just Einstein and Copernicus, but any dog at all - her eyes light up bright as quasars
The brightest they get, though, is when she’s struck by lightning - both in the first and the end of second movie. It was a short moment of ecstasy for her in the first one (“this is it! This is what this whole jazz was about! I’m going home!!! and getting the kid home too, yeah, that too!”), but a moment of “WHAT WHAT IS GOING ON WHERE AM I GOING NONONONO—“ in the second. The duality of woman
oh my gosh all of this is super helpful for me... i still have plans on making some drawings of her (and the time train as well-) so all of this will come super handy when i have to look for inspiration or references for my drawings. thanks for sharing! (^_^)
actually that one last thing with the lightning has a lot of potential for being turned into a graphic representation..... so yeah, i'm gonna see if i can do something with it eeheheh ;))
