I don't think most of them have thought of it in detail.
Min-seo for example, it couldn't have been any more perfect for her than it was...and the fact she didn't expect it made it all the more special.
Likewise, for Jeong-sun, although a little unconventional in that she technically proposed this time around, it couldn't have really exceeded anything she could have imagined. And even then we don't actually think she ever really saw herself as someone who would ever get married.
Nana would have only thought of it vaguely rather than picturing it clearly, and I think something quite simple and heartfelt would be better than a flashy proposal in her mind.
Likewise, Young-soon wouldn't really want something all singing and dancing (it would embarrass her) but I sort of think she's half expecting he might one day do just that...
Ara would picture something quite traditional and romantic, down on one knee in a nice picturesque place or at a perfect moment. Likewise Da-eun would envision something similar.
Cassandra would want to be proposed to somewhere quite beautiful and romantic and, despite being quirky, would maybe want the knee thing.
Ji-eun would have imagined it, and we imagine she got quite a traditional and romantic proposal the first time around. Despite everything, she's still romantic at heart and would want it to be memorable.
