Here I was trying to think of a single person to whom I admire, so I peeked again on my previous posts... And as I still do admire those people who have the confidence in themselves more than anything in the world. I also want to throw in my admiration to my man. I know I talk about him a lot, but I admire how much he has put into caring for me and just our relationship as a whole.

As long as you are being your authentic self, no one will be accepting to yourself unless you do it for yourself. I feel like it is a whole other story if you are just living a lie of a life. But as long as you are true to yourself, that is what matters. It is like the whole, if you don't stand up for yourself it is more than likely that no one else would either. At least that was my first thought when I read the prompt. But I really did like my answers from the last couple of years. I may have cheated a bit and looked back at them...

Honestly, this sick day I am about to take this weekend. I kind of need it. I have been training a new guy at work, while still trying to get all of my regular work stuff done while some of my higher ups are up my ass about doing a whole bunch of extra tasks. It gets overwhelming sometimes to be honest. So I feel like I need this day. Even though I am still going to be going into work. Just leaving early.

Whenever I am able to help someone has always made me feel purposeful. I feel like that is one of the main reasons why I had gone into food service. The ability to help and/or serve people.

Keep at trying to find the you that actually makes you happy

For the most part I agree with that statement. The best I can do is show others my most authentic self. Some people may like that and some people may not. But that is for them to choose. I know that I am not going to be able to please and be liked by everyone.

I have been feeling pretty confident whenever I am around my man. When he is around I feel so at ease that it is easier to have at least some confidence come out. But other than that I usually don't ever feel all that confident.
