We've had a major victory in the LGBTQ community this month but we've also had some losses. Last week, within 24 hours of each other, two black trans women were found murdered with very little press coverage. It’s heart wrenching. Their names were Dominique ‘Rem’mie’ Fells(left) and Riah Milton (right). Say their names!

We have to shine a light on this issue and continue to defend the groups that need it most. Transgender people are at heightened risk for fatal violence, especially transgender women of color.
