BS-TBS "X Years Later" Program Features Past and Present Members of Tamagotchi’s Development
Looks like Bandai is going on a bit of a media tour lately! BS-TBS, a television broadcast company in Japan is airing a new episode of their show “X Years Later” where they typically interview key figures and discuss their involvement in iconic products, so what better than Tamagotchi?
The show is hosted by Japanese comedy duo Maple Chogokin as they interview Kimihiko Sato of Bandai Japan’s media department, and Takichi Hongo who was part of the 1996 Bandai Japan planning and development department.
The interview program discusses the history of Tamagotchi, including the development, and the three booms that Tamagotchi has experienced, with the latest being in 2021. Really great insight!
