comprehensive ever-updating post about cctv.starrpark.biz, the new lore website and adjacent topics. under the cut lesgo!
10/24/23: u/Laugh_Out_Loud on Reddit submitted this comprehensive post on what's currently interactive on the site. There are a total of eight interactive elements on the site: 4 small screens, 1 large screen, a logbook, a phone, and what appears to be a security tape archive. Details in the link. As of the writing of this post, the site still shows a login popup upon loading, and will not load if it is not filled in. No login has been found so far.
What's related is that a couple days prior to the 10/21/23 Brawl Talk, people on Twitter were posting about how the site domain had been renewed, and the HTTPS updated to be compatible with newer devices. (I'm not familiar with web design/science so bear with my shoddy terminology) Because of this, I'm chalking the current partially-inaccessible state of the new site up to HTTPS issues.
Things that could provide context:
Description refreshes for all characters were part of the Bizarre Circus update
The investor video and Season 3 Brawl Talk were deleted the day before they would be 3 years old. So potential retcon?
In the 10/21/23 Brawl Talk, there was a sudden jump cut to a shadowed figure watching the Brawl Talk from a screen. No explanation has been given.
In the same Brawl Talk, there is a brief moment where Piper's ingame model glitches out while discussing what to do for Mega Pig if you run out of tickets. In the same footage is a new background, with neon signs and a camera. The same camera is being offered as a player icon. No explanation has been given.

My very first YouTube video!!!!!!!!!!! (Gore)
Not really, I've uploaded speed drawings on this channel before but I count this one as my first official :P
It took me about 2 months to work on this. I did get help in the text, coloring, reference and acting parts. I drew, directed, animated, and edited everything else...
Since working on it I've been very excited on publishing it and showing everyone behind the scenes but i had to keep everything in secret! I will make a whole other video of behind the scenes to this film.
As for what is it about? Its a bunch of lore about my characters in a silent movie style.
Sir Paint's previous job was to scam others of money. Mainly the bad guys. Ever since Paint left the world he originated from and made it to the human world, he kept on doing what he does best, scamming.
The "deal" that is happening here is that Sir Paint needs people/creatures that will do anything to achieve their happiness, dreams, or just have a new chance at life. Using their vulnerability he lures them into the circus not only to give them what they want but also what Sir Paint wants, loyal minions. Sure, they can have a life they always wanted with the cost of giving up one of your limbs to the "circus". The "circus" being Sir Paint.
Where does LMNOP fit in this? Since all he eats is human flesh, the only way to dispose of their limbs without having body parts laying around the circus to cause any unwanted attention, LMNOP eat the limbs. BonBon and Texas are not humans though. LMNOP just makes the small sacrifice to eat the body parts of his kind even though they taste like nothing to him.
The design to their prosthetic limbs also has significance. For one, the silly design is to represent the circus. The colorful balls inside have 2 functions, to make a small rattle noise when they move, to always know where they are at. The 2nd function is to control them. Sir Paint has a way to make the colorful balls become lighter or heavier when needed. They also have a proximity weight. The farther they are from Sir Paint, the heavier their limb gets. The farthest they can get to is a little bit outside of the circus.
Finally, why was Carmini not happy with BonBons arrival? Its not just his arrival specifically but even Texas. SHE is the one that made the prosthetic limbs for Sir Paint. Carmini feels guilty that she took their freedom from them through Sir Paint. Carmini knows all about the "deal". Sir Paint just tells her what to do and she does it, she has no other choice but to listen to him. She does NOT have a prosthetic, she is being threated in a different way.
Brotherhood
The relationship that Sir Paint has with Texas is the closest thing to family. Different personalities same tastes.
When Sir Paint vanished from their world, Texas went into hiding. The gang that caught Sir Paint knows that one of Sir Paint’s close acquaintances is Texas.
Texas always knew that one day, Sir Paint would get caught and be punished for scamming others. Nonetheless, he stuck around him as a brother, a pal. Parties, women, drinking, money, thats where their brotherhood bond grew.
When Sir Paint “invited” Texas to join the Blue Sprout Circus, Texas had no other choice. It was whether to get caught by the gang that was after Paint or keep on living in the shadows and be a nobody like he was before meeting Sir Paint. The way Sir Paint worded the invite sounded like he was offering Texas to work for the circus. Deep down Texas knew that it was not the case. Being around Paint, he learned his habits and his way of thinking. What Paint was actually offering was to work for him and to give his own life to Paint, not the circus.
Everyone that accepted the invite to the circus, got scammed by the great Sir Paint.
Her book
Carmini has many sketchbooks that she owns. One of them Sir Paint keeps in his lung-book in his spider form. When Sir Paint transforms into his regular self, his lungs do not open and stay closed. Making it impossible to take the book out of him not unless stabbed to get ahold of Carmini’s sketchbook. Sounds very uncomfortable to have a book in your lungs. Keep in mind, creatures from where he comes from can use minimal magic, so he’s able to keep the book in his lungs without disturbing his breathing.
Why does Sir Paint keep a sketchbook of hers? Because its the original sketchbook to Cookie and Rice which they are sealed by Sir Paints magic.
Originally they are JUST 2 jester clown characters that Carmini uses to vent her anger and sadness into. Till one day they came to life to take “revenge” on her. The fact that she created them to hurt and torment them is the reason they are after her. Specifically Rice. Carmini took a bite of his right arm out of dominance to her feelings. Rice wants revenge and take her arm.
After Carmini is saved from Cookie and Rice, Sir Paint uses that sketchbook to blackmail/threat her. If she ever disobeys Sir Paints commands, she will meet the end she was supposed to meet before being rescued by Sir Paint and LMNOP.
The safest and hardest place to get the sketchbook by anyone would be in Sir Paints lungs. Lung-book is referencing the name to the lungs to an actual spider.

Lester
When I doodled him, it was right after having a dream. I sometimes considered him FROM the dream I had. At first Its was a silly boy who did evil to evil humans but was a good boy to the good people… that drastically changed. I needed a mascot for my circus, my shop.
When I implemented him to Blue Sprout, I had not the slightest clue on who he was any more. It went like that for months. All I knew was that he was a model and helper to Sir Paint. More that the circus came to be, I STILL didn’t know who he was. The feeling of his unknown origin to be his story grew more and more.
Fast forward to now. This is who he is:
In story, no one knows. When Lmnop ran away to the circus, he was running away from a laboratory. He was created, imperfectly, by xxxxx. He was supposed to be the first recreation of a “human”. This world hungered for the gift of human creativity so much, they tried to replicate it themselves. Instead they created a real monster. Hungry for human flesh with human characteristics. The bodies he consumed from the world he was in were not satisfying at all, they lacked… something.
Lmnop broke out of there and made it to the circus. He happened to stumble up on it on his way to find “something”.
Colorful tent, silly looking creatures, fun tricks… that seemed…. Fun! His hunger subsided and was distracted by the fun he was seeing.
And the rest is history :)
Paint on a canvas
At the beginning of the pandemic, I got on a video call with my friends. We wanted to be together while we just talked. I remember that It was on an Instagram video call. While they talked, I grabbed an empty canvas that I had on the side of my desk and drew on it. I recently bought myself some POSCA markers that I've been wanting to try. I stared at the canvas as an artist would, trying to think of what I should draw/paint.
One thing led to another, and the base of the painting came to be. I hadn't drawn horns on characters in a while, so I added 2 black horns. I hadn't drawn a character with more than 2 eyes in a while, so I added that to the painting.
The call ended, and I was still at it. Once I finished, I think I shared it to my socials and placed it back where I previously got the canvas... on the floor by my desk.
Months later, I decide to open an art shop. The problem was that I didn't want to be the face of the store. I didn't want my name and identity to be related to the shop. I didn't even want to use any of my current ocs for the new shop that I was working on.
I was spiraling on how was this gonna work. Then I remembered that one of my favorite bands did something similar to what I was planning. (Gorillaz)
After walking in circles looking at every drawing that I've made to maybe get inspiration on the face of Blue Sprout, I remembered the canvas sitting on the floor by my desk...
That's it!
When it comes to naming things, I'm not the best... I have trouble coming up with something... my mind literally goes blank.
This name? Or this name? No...... maybe something having to do with the drawing itself?...... PAINT!!! Sir Paint!
I felt like such a genius, and let me tell you that I am (〜 ̄▽ ̄)〜
Origins
Before, I used to consider Sir Paint as a demon, referencing my inner demons, but then, after more consideration, I don't want to give power to my own demons by "romanticising" them.
So now I consider them as just monsters. Sir Paint was never from hell or the underworld; that's something that I knew I didn't want to include from the beginning.
The origins of LMNOP and Sir Paint are from a place where characters are drawn and forgotten. They don't know that they are characters that humans have previously created and forgotten, and humans don't know that such a place exists. It's a world where creativity dies.
That is why these monsters are so hungry for the gift of creativity from a human. Yet they do not know this connection.
