Thin Man would not be seen again, albeit in a different costume, until MARVEL PREMIERE (vol. 1) #29 (April, 1976) when he was recruited by Bucky to become a founding member of the Liberty Legion.

Originally, Thin Man could not stretch or change his shape; he could just become two-dimensionally thin. Those other abilities were granted to him when the character was revived in the 1970s.
As an aside: am I the only one who pronounces Thin Man's girlfriend's name as "Ooh La La?"
