Akrielle fears death, though only enough to get the thrill out of coming close to it. As both her fighting style and past actions let on, though she can quickly accept it if it means aiding her allies. She has been brought back from the brink of death many times after she took her sort of self-damaging fighting style to the extreme, and each time, be it true or not, she feels as though her brush with death helped her grow. It's honestly like a drug. She's fucked up in that way.
Regrets? Many. Her most recent one is the situation on Emberbed. She feels as though Kharoco and herself were personally responsible for that fuckup, though she places most of the blame on herself as she made a promise before the spirits there. She nearly gave her life for it. It's been tormenting her to the point where she feels she's no longer fit for the mantle of shaman. At his point, you can even say she lost her fear of death. She feels like her life without shamanism is a life without meaning.
This was like... one month after she came back from her first little "soul quest". And now she's on another, though that'll likely be cut short by the Iron Horde stuff that's coming into play, soon.
That lack of regard for her own life will really, really help out when the Sha'nor jump into that suicide mission.
