Asmodeus and Verrith!
asmodeus: on whom do you want revenge and how would you take it?
âwhomâ is a little difficult to pin down. josephâs morals are ultimately confusing and contorted on the best of days. depending on where the hounds are at, it could be anyone --- the american government, those who would be so foolish as to let themselves be walked all over by the government, henry ( he has reoccuring dreams of henryâs death over and over, and theyâre never particularly pleasant ) --- but if there were to be one specific person, i think he harbors a lot of resentment towards adaline. she had essentially been the catalyst in beginning josephâs new life as an outlaw, and while heâs thankful for that, nearly killing everyone in a blaze of fury isnât really the way to go when it comes to keeping trust. revenge is not necessarily a tactic joseph preaches, but if thereâs a way to get back at addy, i think heâd take it.
verrith: are you a patient or impatient person?
generally speaking, heâs patient. jobs donât come without time. opportunity doesnât come without time. becoming a legend of the dying west doesnât come without time -- heâs been in this life since he was roughly fifteen, after all, which is more than some can say. nothing comes without providing at least a little bit of leeway, and if anything, joseph views himself as an expedient individual. so if something requires his time, heâll give it. most other things he sees as unimportant are discarded, rather than rushed. but there are moments where he can hardly contain himself in excitement: the seconds after a successful robbery, wreaking havoc, feeling he has âwonâ something in a way or another. those are the moments where he is the most dangerous, because he is running on a mixed high of the impatience that comes with wanting more, and the pride that follows in the face of glory.
