I mean, A) YES YES YES I am so utterly thrilled if anything I made makes you fall in love with "Headless" again—it deserves all the love and praise and attention and eyeballs. (Is it my life mission to get everyone I cross paths to watch it? Maybe. Yes. Absolutely yes.)

B) This is some of the highest praise you could possibly give me about that fic and I'm tearing up—I've been rereading this comment ever since I got it! Sometimes I feel a bit alone in my headcanons so it means the world to know that other people share them with me! And also to know I've written the world convincingly and maybe even well enough to provide new headcanons for anyone.... It's so special!

C) I'VE BEEN ITCHING TO GET BACK TO IT SO BADLY! I hate that I've been away from it for so long, and for anyone unlucky enough to hear my ramblings, they know I've been daydreaming about more "Headless" fic ideas. I got stuck on the next section of WMH and THEN I got distracted by a short fic idea that's kind of an AU (that fits into WMH) so I wanted to write that out quickly to begin posting and.... it's already over 50K. I'm so excited for it, but 2025 has already been quite a thing so I haven't been able to write like I hoped. But I want to get back to it!! It has a mystery! And a focused plot! AND ANGST!!

TL;DR: I've been thinking of making a post in case anyone was still interested in "Walk Me Home" to say that I most definitely have more in mind and I have not actually abandoned it. I'm also super excited about "Headless" ideas because I need more of this world and its characters and I hope I can write at least half of them.

I can literally remember my whole impressions and journey of the first time I watched "Headless" even though I've watched it countless times since. I remember thinking that Brom and Matilda were literally going to get divorced right away and it would amount to nothing.

Story summary: Brom and Matilda find their relationship status is more complicated than ever after the explosive reveal of a year’s worth of secrets.
