Unfortunately there is no good solution for windows with blown seals you can do on your own. The glass needs to be replaced. Luckily the window itself doesn't need replacement.

If you look between between the sheets of glass in your windows you will see a spacer. That is the thing keeping the glass panes apart. It is also the source of the leak that is allowing moisture between the panes.

There are a number of different materials used for spacers and a number of methods for sealing the insulating glass unit, some are very good and some are not very good. The best ones will have a seal failure rate of well below a fraction of 1% over 20 years. The not so good ones are closer to 6% or 7% (or more) over 20 years.
