Hey Prior! We were wondering if we could have a shoutout? We're a unique video game inspired rp that incorporates some DND style gaming mechanics and we're currently looking to take on a few more admins to get it up and running. Video game and DND knowledge are NOT required, but definitely helps! It would mean a lot!

Hi, Santino! We were just wondering if we could please have a shoutout? Video games are supposed to be fun... a quick escape from reality into a world where anything could happen. So when total immersion video games came into existence, they were the pinnacle of every arcade. An experience where the player could literally become anyone, or thing, they wanted. But what happens when suddenly, if you die in the game, you die in real life? We're a spn rp with a video game twist! Thank you so much!
of course! guys, take a loooooook. @brokenfantasyrpg

comments: your icon is quite nice but quite dark, on the dash you can’t see/read it very well at all, i’d suggest making the words bigger or using a thicker font. the color scheme is great, partly because it’s carried throughout the pages and graphics, and partly because it really fits the vibe of your rp. your character masterlist is one of my favourites but the transition from the dark background of everything else to the white background of it is quite jarring and hard on the eyes. also, not all you filter options are visible because they’re longer than the provided sidebar, so i would suggest adding a scrollbar. your rules are clear and well written, but not very concise. i would suggest shortening the amount written about each rule, since you can’t cut down the amount of rules themselves. overall i think this is a well developed rp and i wish you the best of luck!!

First Impressions:
From first glance at the URL and icon I could sort of guess what this rp was about. The icon makes me think of a computer game or something of the like and the URL made me immediately think about the sort of plots where you get stuck in the game. This is almost exactly what your rp is about, so that's brilliant! I also really like your theme as well. It follows the plot and it's not monochromed, which is even better! I love how this looks.[10/10]
The Theme:
So I personally really really like your theme. I think that you've done a brilliant job with it, especially given how simple it is. I would say that your graphics could do with being a bit brighter to make the blue stand out more. That way it would match your admin graphics more than it does at the moment. I love the font on the top and how you've blurred it all but I don't think you need the B and the F in the other style. It would look much better all as one font I think, plus it would match the colour scheme. I love how up-to-date your sidebar is and how you have all your admin graphics and information there as well. I would like to point out that Rem's icon doesn't work however. [7/10]
The Plot:
Your plot is equally billiant. I love the idea. I've seen it used a lot of times before in books and things but I've never seen it as an rp before. I reckon it could be quite hard to pull it off, what with all the levelling up and things, but if you put a lot of thought and work into I reckon it could work. Just by reading over your plot, it's obvious to me that you've put a lot of thought into this rp and the plot definitely reflects that. I love the description of the game and, honestly, it actually sounds like the blurb of an actual game. After reading the note at the bottom of your plot maybe it could be. [10/10]
FCs and Bios:
I don't think I see a single overused FC in your premade bios. Nor are they all white or within the 20s age range. I have to say that you have one of the best ranges of FCs that I've ever seen in an rp. You have a wide range of ethnicities and a just as broad range of ages as well. I love your bios as well (how you've laid them all out) and I think it's brilliant you've added gif hunt links as well, especially for underused FCs. I've also spotted a transgender FC and an androgynous FC as well. I swear as I keep scrolling this just keeps getting better. Your bios are nicely written and there's so many different personalities here. I don't have a single complaint about this section.[10/10]
Other Things:
So for this one I just clicked through a few of the links on the nav page and if I thought the plot was detailed then I had a whole other world prepared to me when I hit the nav. All of the details that have been put into levelling up, weapons, classes and skills are amazing! I love how you have your monsters sorted into levels and how you have actual maps of each level of the game. It's great to see a wanted connections page (although I couldn't see where you read them after submitting) and I love the resources tag as well. I also had a look in your neatchat rooms and although only one has been used I love the idea of doing neatchats for popular locations in certain worlds. [10/10]
Overall:
So I don't really think that i had anything negative to say about this. It looks amazing in my opinion. Everything has been really well thought through and as far as I can see you've put so much detail into everything that you've done. I'd say the only problem is keeping the main active but if you managed that then I don't see any reason why this shouldn't be a popular rp. [47/50]

Icon: I like your icon. I like that it has the initials of your rp, it looks nice and it gives me an idea about what your rpg is about!
URL: I think that your url is effective. It doesn't have any dashes and it's not overly long or complicated or anything like that. It also gives me a hint at what your rp will be be about so it's great.
Theme: Your theme is one of my favorite themes to see rpgs using and I think that you've used it effectively. I usually don't like really dark color schemes but I think yours works and looks really great. I also like your graphics.
Plot: I really like your plot. It's something that I think would be very interesting and I didn't notice any spelling or grammar mistakes as I read through it.
Navigation: Your navigation is simple and effective. I like that it stays in theme with the rest of your rp with the colours and design. I also love how full of information it is. I really like rps that offer a lot of information.
Rules: I think that your ooc rules are pretty general and none of them are ridiculous. I like your skype one and I get the feeling that you have a very tight knit group of roleplayers which is always a good thing.
Characters: I like that you allow genders to be changed and I like that you have an all open option because generally I see rps classifying open characters only by gender but I know that a lot of rpers would just like to see all open characters. Anyways on to the actual characters; I read through a couple bios and I really like them. You seem to have good well rounded characters. I also like that you include resources at the end of the bio in case the rper has trouble because I noticed that you use a lot of underused fcs.
Admins: I noticed that there were a lot of admins working on this rp and it is definitely paying off! You have so much information and resources available to your rpers and you have great bios and you manage to stay active so congrats to you all!
Other: Honestly I think that this rp just looks like a really great rp. I really didn't have anything negative to say at all so just keep doing what you're doing!

Jack stood there in his mismatched low level armor looking over the quest text again. He had picked it up from Stu, the short order cook in one of the taverns. Basically Stu needed supplies to make something he called 'Stu's Stew Surprise.' Looking over the ingredients, he had to wonder if the surprise was that no one died after eating it.
He'd already collected the vegetables easy enough. He'd stumbled on the herbalism skill the night before, and since picking up the required shears, he'd gathered tons of different plants. Of course...he had no idea what to do with them up until he'd picked up this quest. He'd figure out what to do with the stacks of dandelion in his inventory later. Now it was down to the snails and the butterflies. He was pretty sure he could handle the snails. The butterflies though...those evil ass butterflies had swarmed him yesterday, forcing him to run like a baby until they lost interest in him. He did not relish the thought of dealing with them again.
He took a moment, figuring out which of the targets closest to him he would deal with.
OOC: This takes place sometime after the chaos of day one has died down. Seeing as it's a snapshot, with no real interaction with anybody or intended interaction with another character, and due to length, you can read it under the cut!
“It’s a shot in the dark, but maybe you could try with the bulletin board. It’s where NPCs put quests and stuff like that. I’m not sure if players can write on that thing, but it’s pretty public, your friends are bound to look there sooner or later.”
The information from Danathian kept rolling around in Jack's head the rest of the day, going on into the night. His hands had been full with interacting with the players who had opted to shelter in place at the inns in the starting town. As the hours stretched on and no hot fix in sight, just when he felt he was about to become overwhelmed, a pair of players who happened to be therapists in real life had come forward. He was glad to step into the background. The clusters of people in the intricately coded world around him seemed to suffocate him, and the walls just made him feel trapped. It only made the uneasy feeling about the fate of his friends just that much worse. He didn't have an answer as to whether or not they were fine, and that lack of an answer didn't sit well with him.
So, as players broke off to take up rooms, Jack quietly slipped outside. The crowd that had initially flooded the main area had died out. Either they had opted to go out adventuring, or they were waiting things out like the folks he had left back at the inn. At least that was his best guess, anyway. It made it easier to spy the bulletin board that Danathian had mentioned. He approached it, giving it a healthy once over. His focused attention caused a window to pop up in front of him.
1. Read Posts (Newest - Oldest)
2. Make A Post
He reached out, selecting to make a post, then paused for a moment as a blank page came up, with a quill floating beside it. What the hell to say? He suddenly found that instead of just a simple message, he wanted to say a whole lot more. Jones and Emeline were his family, as close (if not closer) than his own parents. They had been there for him through so much. Finally, after a bit of reflection, he set his words to paper.
Jones and Emeline, if you're reading this, then I guess we're all in the same boat. You guys know me best. You know I won't be taking this thing laying down. I'm going to do my part, figure out how to play this game, and maybe just maybe be a part of putting a stop to this. Message me, friend request me, do whatever when you get this. Let me know you guys are okay.
Burns aka NightJack
He confirmed the message, watched as it joined the others there on the board.
"Bold words, Burns. Now can you make good on that?" He started flipping through the posts on the board, finally coming to one of the quest giving ones. "Collecting snail shells...sounds easy enough..."
With the quest accepted, he headed out. Beyond the gates, the world seemed to sprawl out wide before him. While the moon wasn't full, there was enough light filtering down to illuminate the area. Or maybe that was a werewolf thing. He wasn't entirely sure on that.
He gripped his sword and shield as he paced toward a snail, anticipation surging through him. Whether it was a reaction to his rising adrenaline or something else entirely, he felt his canines elongating into fangs. He bared them in a wide grin. "Alright...let's kick some snail ass..."
