Just Shove It by Greg Brown Via Flickr: The helpers of a Modoc Line train roll across the Madeline Plains near Brockman, California. August 17, 1996
So messed up I want you here
In my room I want you here
Now we're gonna be face-to-face
And I'll lay right down in my favorite place
And now I wanna be your dog
Now I wanna be your dog
Now I wanna be your dog
Well c'mon
Now I'm ready to close my eyes
And now I'm ready to close my mind
And now I'm ready to feel your hand
And lose my heart on the burning sands
And now I wanna be your dog
And now I wanna be your dog
Now I wanna be your dog
Well c'mon

Marge vs. the Monorail [S4 E12] (dir. Rich Moore)
Lets quickly talk about Kyle Darren of Springfield Heights, 90210, a 34 year old playing a teenager, who seems to have ‘leather Muppet syndrome’ like Troy McClure. Actually, I’m more interested in the crowd. We’ve got Rich Moore, centre with the red framed specs, who falls off the elevator at the end with (in order) Wes Archer and David Silverman. To the left, a woman who looks a little like Marge and further left, with the giant head, Al Simmons, from ‘Homer’s Night Out’. On the right of Rich, dressed exactly like Kent Brockman, is a man I assume to be Karl from ‘Simpson and Delilah’. The regular Carl is looking similarly off-model behind Brockman.
Karen's positivity inspires me SO MUCH

“Recapping our day's top story: The winner of today's state lottery is... me, Kent Brockman.”
Dog of Death. Season 3, Episode 19.
The Cartridge Family [S9 E5] (dir. Pete Michels)
It’s funny how the American perception of soccer (or football as pretty much everyone else calls it) has changed since this episode aired. At the time, 1997, soccer was struggling to establish itself against America’s other sports (even after a successful hosting of the World Cup), now, 2019, the MLS is a huge industry drawing full stadiums and players from all corners of the globe. It’s depiction here is rather spiteful, personally I think if they wanted to ram home their point they should have showed a realistic depiction of the game and have people still find it boring.
