Ingredients: 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded. 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 2 large eggs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Layer shredded turkey and steamed broccoli in a greased casserole dish. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the turkey and broccoli. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
