Daniel has been teaching in Kuwait since September 2017. Recently while on spring break in Sri Lanka he experienced a medical emergency that has detained his departure from Sri Lanka. It is unknown how long he will have to remain in the country and what expenses he may encounter. This includes both medical and travel expenses that were not budgeted for. Family members have had to go over to support him during this difficult time and expenses are mounting everyday. Once we bring Daniel home to Canada there will be an extended recovery period as well. I think it is, that Daniel is so often missunderstood. I know about all the terrible things he have done willingly. I don't say ignore them, but I say: try to see them from a different point of view. The whole show we saw a struggling Daniel. We saw his way fighting against his parents, his inheritance, his destiny, we saw him failing because of his own believes of what was right or wrong. We saw him taking the wrong way and that there was no way out - not for him. Because there was no one really fighting for him. I truly believe: If Emily would have had true faith in him, she could have fought for him and saved him. But she was too deep in her own net of revenge to see that. So there was no one to save him from himself and his way was going down. It was a life full of missunderstanding and missed opportunities. The reason I love him? Because I saw the man he could have become. Because I love this man and I would have fought for him. It hurts the most, that there was no one on his side. Emily tried. But because of her own destiny: not hard enough. And that's the sad thing. They are so alike. Like boats in the sea with the same load and the same dream of a heaven but with different storms to struggle. For a short time they were traveling together and it was the perfect match, but when the storms came they were taken in different paths. I hate this so much. I wish they would have given him the chance to proof himself one more time. 

You wanna know what my problem with the big love of Daniel and Margeaux is? The prob is, that Daniel never showed her his real self. Maybe a long time ago, but not since she arrived in the series. She only know him as the businessman, who is though, smart and without any doubts. She knows the Danny, he wanna show her. The man his parents wanted him to be. But not the sensible, creative young man full of dreams. The man Emily knew and fell in love with, but the difference is: She also knew the other self and until Danny started to doing business like his parents, she was also fine with it. The point is: Margeaux maybe fell in love with a man, who is like her. She thinks they are alike. But they are not. That's the pont. I am not saying, that there isn't another side in Margeaux, too. But never when she was with Daniel. Let's be honest, even with the baby? Would she have stopped working for Voulez? No. Would Daniel change his life for a baby? Yes of course.  But even more important is: Margeaux didn't love the business Danny enough to be sure of it. Maybe she wanted Danny to be different, but before the babything he never showed her this. He never trusted her enough. They aren't the perfect match. They are simply not.  Emily and Daniel belong together. Always

I don't know exactly how to start such a thing, but what do you think about a hashtag or Daniel. Besides #RIPDaniel  There should be another one. To show the world, the writers, the actors ... everyone that we don't agree with his death. I already used it under most of my posts. But it would be amazing if you would do, too.
