I get asked this a lot so. "Demily" comes from demon, demi-human, and the name Emily. It's pronounced like Emily, just with a D in front. It's supposed to denote my nature of not quite being a normal human, but also being more average and grounded than you might expect. A girl who would be unremarkable if not for the fact she isn't human, that kind of vibe. The last name Pyro simply denotes my character's association with fire, being both a demon, and having a passionate, "fiery" personality.
