May 15th - Mirrors! Post a photo of something that you feel expresses how you relate to the phenomenon of mirroring. This could include traits or characteristics of another person or character that you’ve adopted (even temporarily) into your own identity, a trait/characteristic/mannerism you’re prone to mirror while in the presence of another person, or a trait/characteristic of another person or character that you want to be able to mirror.
I am a beautiful fairy

J.D. Salinger’s The Catcher in the Rye is my favourite book of all time. I kind of fell in love with the character Holden Caulfield, he reminds me of myself sometimes (when I’m in a certain mood). I’ve read the book many times and each time I do I start to think in the way that Holden does. It’s like his thought processes are contagious, and I see the world differently for a while. I guess I kind of take on the character’s demeanour and poetic charisma.

Monday 8th May - Identity! Post a photo of something that you feel expresses your identity or a component of your identity. This could be artwork, a character you deeply relate to, a poem, a place or an event that is significant to who you are, etc. We want this month to be about self-love, so try to focus on a part of yourself that you like, that you’re proud of, that you respect, etc.
Photography I am always taking photos on my phone (and sometimes on my camera), it helps ground me. I try to capture good and bad moments because that is life and there is beauty in both. Collecting images from my eye on my journey through life makes me feel more part of the world. This (moving) photo represents the different sides to me with BPD, splitting and black and white thinking.
6 selfies of 2016 🕸🍂🌱🌙 this was a really fucking tough year for me. probably the worst year of my life so far if i'm honest. but the past two months (apart from the one very obvious bad spot in november) have come together so nicely and my bpd ass can actually say for certain that i'm happy right now. that's a pretty good feeling. here's to 2017🍾
