Due to his power and noble birth, Frieza has been known as the emperor of the universe, through it is his father King Cold whose is the true monarch of their intergalactic empire and Cold let Frieza do his own things of ruling things.
someone with better media literacy can correct me on this but King Cold is the most non-canon canon character ever. he sounds like he'd either be a Toei movie villain or someone's oc. "dude dude yk Lord Freeza? well actually in my au he's just the prince and he has a father who's the actual ruler of the empire. and he just looks like a taller, more buff version of Freeza's first form. also his name is King Cold".
Made a DBZ horrorbrew of sorts, his name is Samui manesuru and like me he's COMPLETELY OBSESSED with king cold... So much to the point he took his remains and fused with them.
