Beer review Friday! @lostabbey In the house! One of only a handful of breweries making true Belgian beers (if you don't know what that is...keep scrolling). I present...a Saison with Brettanomyces. Yes you read that right and probably pronounced it wrong as well and that's okay. Tart with some nice citrus notes like orange and tangerine. Got a nice funky aroma which is always nice. Lost Abbey is one that always knows how to make these great. Because we have all gotten a guzzler of these before that no one can ever seem to pour. Especially with these beers. Crazy thing about this beer (and others like it), it will change throughout the year depending on how long you age it at the right temperatures. So you can have one today, and another 9 months down the road and it may be a completely different brew. Reasons why I love the history and everything that goes on with a beer and how broad and creative people can get.
