thinking about how the succession writers wove the idea of “nrpi” into every dynamic in that stupid stupid family
obviously they all equated humanity to wealth.. every person of normal socioeconomic standing was subhuman to them
kendall and the waiter, roman with the baseball kid, the entirety of the fucking cruises suit
but even with eachother, logan hammering into the kids that they’re “not serious people,” kendall repeating this and telling roman that he’s “not a real person,” they strip each other of their humanity so easily using a term that equates them to victims of the company’s abuse, while simultaneously dismissing it. god i need to personally make out with every writer in that room they’re all geniuses.
