I work at restaurant and we've recently had issues with people bringing dogs they claim are SDs but the dogs are disruptive and on occasion one owner played fetch in the restaurant with their SD. The owner of the restaurant wants us to quiz anyone that comes in with a dog, since SDs don't need documentation or a vest and ask what commands/what the dog does which I know is considered rude. Is there a way to ask without being rude?
Here’s what you ask:
“(1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and
(2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform.”
Just these two questions and nothing else. If you continue to quiz the handler passed these two questions, it’s rather likely you are doing something illegal.
Asking those two questions is not rude and is entirely expected. If a handler gets offended by either of those questions, they do not know the laws surrounding service dogs, as those two questions are the legal questions public entities are allowed to ask. Be calm and polite when asking, carry on like nothing really happened when the handler gives you their answers, and you should have no problem.

i was screaming that entire scene and i was so disappointed he didn’t actually fuck himself like it would’ve elevated the whole show for me, honestly. but i have no idea how we’re supposed to feel watching that scene or any of the other weird scenes. do they want us to laugh? avoid looking directly at the screen? fight back the urge to vomit? answer for your crimes against my eyeballs, eric.

@brassattack mmm my biggest concern is that my crayfish...seems quite large?? But I'm bad at scaling anyway a 10 gallon would probs be fine..but also If I do downsize them at all I'd feel bad bc they're probs used to the space of the 20gal so I'd probs only go down to like ? 15 depending? And yeah they do like to munch on plants..I made the mistake of getting a Mossball "friend" for mine and...poor Marimo is No More
