You get it you get the themes you get the poetry tattooed on the skin of all these stories. Humans at their best. at their worst. Humans existing and feeling and tragedy arising from the desperation that is so inherent to human emotion.

Thinking about yoo joonghyuk and how for all the major/non-kkoma regressions we see in the novel (0th turn, 3rd/1864th turn, 1863rd turn, secretive plotter), their ending was just. Kim Dokja. Again and again, Yjhs ending, his epilogue, his final chapter, has been kim dokja.
The 0th turn lived his life loved by kdj, and at the end of it, decided to spend as long as he must to find him.
1863rd turn came to the conclusion that it did, and yjh split into two because of kim dokja
Secretive plotter, this all powerful being filled with rage and vengeance at all his other lives, let it all go and found his own ending and peace with oldest dream.
And I don't even have to talk about the main 3rd turn yjh. There's already an entire book about how kdj was the ending for him.
Just. Again and again, across world lines and time lines, across regressions. They keep coming back to each other. Because Kim Dokja loved this protagonist his entire life, and at the end of it, the protagonist loved him back.
