Blinks slowly at you. So i remembered a lil whole ago you mentioned how you kinda wanted to incorporate thorns/spikes into your mark variant's braid to discourage Grabbing and ive rotated that in my mind a lil. Anyway.
My ideas- a) regular hair needles/pins, since if you dont know where they are they can slice you pretty good while the person actually WITH the hair would be fine. B) some kinda sewn-in pattern of thorns? Where if you pull one specific string it all untagles easily. And c) a kind of spiked/studded metal sheath that maybe connects to the blade itself and can be taken off as needed?
Idk if you're still with that original idea, but i figured you'd find my theorising interesting :]
OH tysm for this, it is quite interesting! I was thinking of spacing out the needles/thorns far apart enough for Mark to be able to grab sections of his hair w/o getting cut (so maybe like spiked ringlets around the hair instead of strings?), and I think that you’re idea with pulling a specific string so it comes out easy is pretty fun! I’ll try to incorporate that, ty very much :3
