Solution Seeking with Albert Einstein.
“No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created them” Albert Einstein.
Are you ‘solutions based’ just for the sake of escaping and avoiding the current problem you are experiencing?
Escaping and avoiding a problem is about as helpful as treating only the symptoms (escape and avoidance) but not fully diagnosing them and to finding a cure (solution).
So what’s the process for deeper diagnosis to find a cure? Well we first have to be aware of the typical stages of denial, anger and bargaining before we get to acceptance. Avoidance and escape is not acceptance but rather the bargaining stage. Only when we accept the problem and surrender to it being there for a larger purpose, then we can diagnose it objectively. When we can observe it without the judgement noise of our past thinking then we allow ourselves to discover deeper truths. This is being with the ‘problem’ and not avoiding or escaping it. Einstein was noted to have said that it is not about giving the correct answer but more about asking the right questions. If you could ask your problem a list of questions, what would those questions be?
Nature orders itself and maintains balance, if left alone, because it is in tune and aligned with God’s Consciousness. We need to strive to plug into this Absolute Intelligence whose circuitry connects all. We do get glimpses often when we find ourselves doing mundane tasks that quieten the habitual noise that our minds have practised for years. We call these glimpses inspiration and that’s the reason why so many people practise these seemingly mundane tasks like yoga and meditation so they can allow themselves to be in that state more often. It is in this inspired state that deeper truths arise and where we find better solutions to the problem or we may even notice that the ‘problem’ was not real to begin with and we transcended it just by healing our perceptions around that perceived ‘problem.’
