Wow! What a crazy bracket with a lot of twists and turns!!! So many surprise results in both the main and loser brackets! Many close matches, matches that turned in the final hours, and underdogs sweeping over and over! (as well as some not as close matches lol). I knew this bracket would be all over the place just looking at the submission list and I was not disappointed!

But in the end, it was Xue Yang from The Untamed who took the crown in the end! Congrats to Xue Yang for all of his unhinged behavior!!!

But it's not just Xue Yang taking a crown today! Wen Kexing from Word of Honor also held his own and won the loser bracket! Congrats to him as well!

Sometime within the next 24 hours or so, we'll be having our Bonus Round for Most Unhinged Plot and beginning the Best Marriage Proposal Mini Bracket to celebrate marriage equality in Thailand! In a couple days we'll be picking the next bracket topic as well so stick around for all of that!!!

Ironically, it turns out the run-off poll may not have been needed. Sickle-winged nightjar pulled ahead in the main poll as well around the same time that went live. Maybe it brought in some more attention? Who knows lol

16 brackets, 16 winners, but only one reigns supreme. It's been over three years now, but it seems we still haven't left the rooftop yet because Pat and Pran's First Kiss, winners of the Best Kiss Bracket, have won the title CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS!!!

Regardless if you agreed with this being the kiss that won that bracket, it is hard to deny the iconic nature of the kiss in the BL fandom, and thus I think it is very well deserved that they are the ultimate winners of this blog!

Anyways the Champion of Champions thing was something I thought about nearly 6 months ago and have been waiting to get enough winners to pull it off. Perhaps when we have another 16 winners, it shall happen again. And perhaps I have another little surprise thing that I'm just now remembering that I forgot to do on the docket that might also drop soon.

And so our second rematch bracket has come to a close! This was the most characters I've had submitted to a bracket before (and probably the most submissions as well lol) which lead to a massive prelim round that was incredibly competitive (in case anyone was wondering, a character needed to have at least 37% more "yes" votes than "no" votes in order to make it in) (compared to poorest little meow meow which was -15%, least rizz which was 3.1%, msot unhinged was 15.8%, and #1 himbo was 6.1%) (so yes MUCH higher bar to pass through prelims this time)

Anyways, I want to give a special congratulations to Kurosawa from Cherry Magic for winning this season against such difficult competition! He actually came in second place in the first season, so it was fitting for him to win this time!

Though of course, his competition in the final round this time (and winner of the loser bracket) was a very special character to him....

That's right! Himself! Karan from Cherry Magic Thailand took the second place crown. In case you're not aware, Karan is the equivalent character to Kurosawa in the Thai adaptation of Cherry Magic, meaning that the only person that Karan lost to was a different version of himself! Truly cementing this character as one of the greenest flags out there!
