I really enjoyed this challenge, it was so fun and maybe part of it was because i like working on my bound poses! Too bad it’s come to an end already! Maybe there’ll be another one soon?? 😜 I was expecting this pose to be tough on me and even hurt my knees but surprisingly it all worked out fine!

When i first saw this variation i remember thinking it would be impossible to do and i would never get it done! But on that same day i did so many stretches and decided i had to give it a try and i did it, with a lot of effort haha, but i did! And now this pose is one of those i can get into with a smile! No stress yay!

Day 15 | #Bound2Teeki | #BoundHorsePose

Getting twisty and bendy and in all sorts of funny places haha. I wanna just mention something a bit more serious. If you don’t already know, today, was the #SydneySiege i heard about it from the moment i woke up and i i felt genuinely worried and so pissed off. Why do people do these things? Why can’t we just have a happy place to live in already?! Things are bad enough. Acts like this bring nothing good to the world. My heart goes out to everyone who unfortunately was involved and all their family and friends. I can’t imagine the fear they felt all day. One thing that warmed my heart was the #illridewithyou tag that i discovered. It is slightly upsetting that we even need such a thing, innocent people should not be harassed just because of their personal belief that aren’t affecting anyone. But it’s good to see there are still good people who see the difference. I wish better things would happen in the world. Who knows how long this will last though. Let’s just do our part and make this a better place for everyone else.

Day 6 | #Bound2Teeki | Half Camel Half Mermaid Pose

I never thought of this as being a hybrid pose. But now i know 😜 with this weekend halfway over, i’m already disappointed! Haha why do they go so quick. But at least today i had a yoga session and really enjoyed my day out with my sister 😊 hope all you yogis are having a good one too
