there's nothing with her legs, its just that she's practically standing on her tiptoes all the time (when she's standing and not sitting around on her ass). that intended quadruped dragging gait feels unsophisticated, Malus and Kara (her children) dont have enough issues with this to need a support because their legs are more adapted for emulating a normal walk than hers.
ironically she is too heavy to hop. she can very briefly support her entire body on her tail and dropkick you though
lorewise not much to say she was bout the third to be sent down to run amok on the fourth floor in favor of Weverly's "Stop Throwing Them Down a Hole And Treat Them Like Actual People God Fuck What is Wrong With You" program and became a protective presence/leading figure to the mostly unprodded rejects under human supervision. she had some diplomacy going on with Weverly but whether she could actually do something for their requests all depended on Uthman (read: a physically abusive dictatorish dehumanizing cock).
