Letter In Support of the #Justice4Jahar Movement
Many have said that the individuals supporting Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will never be able to live this down and will be embarrassed and haunted by our ill-advised decision to support a āterrorist" for the rest of our lives. But how many haters have considered the possibility that we, the supporters, may be the ones on the right side of justice here? Will you not be all-the- more embarrassed that you were so quick to label an innocent young man a terrorist? I am attempting to rescue you from what I believe is pervasive, bad information; the kind that is now allowed under the new Defense Authorization Act. It is called propaganda, and it is responsible for most of historyās atrocities. I would argue that it may well be responsible for many more to come and that we - Dzhokharās supporters - are attempting to prevent such atrocities from occurring, not only for the sake of this one young man, but for all Americans and for all freedom loving people.
The events surrounding the April 15th Boston Marathon Bombing have lead many of us to question whether our government is operating as intended. More specifically, we fear that some gravely dangerous shifts are taking place in our country. Our justice system purports to afford all citizens accused of a crime the right to due process and to be presumed innocent until proven guilty, yet one would certainly not believe this to be so based upon the manner in which this case has been handled thus far. I will tell you that not a single one of us supports acts of terrorism or murder. On the contrary, we are attempting to thwart something that we consider to be akin to such things.
We are lovers of human rights and of the Constitution, and posses the utmost reverence for the American justice system; at least so far as the system operates as intended. We do not have psychological disorders. We are not stupid. We are not blind to facts. Rather, we are willing to confront corruption, despite recognizing the danger we put ourselves in by choosing to do so. We believe itās worth the risk.
I have never in my life stood up for a murderer. I am not in love with this young man. I do not fantasize about him. I have no interest in a future with him. I do not condone terror. If I say I donāt believe he bombed the marathon, it is not because I donāt want him to have bombed it, or I wish he hadnāt. It is not because of his age, a sense of pity, or misdirected maternal sympathy. It is because, based on the evidence presented so far, I believe that there is more than enough reasonable doubt about his involvement in the crimes for which he has been charged. Am I sane? Yes. I have seen evidence and inconsistencies in the official narrative that all the major media outlets have failed to report on. They donāt make even the slightest effort to dig-deeper in an attempt to answer some of the blaring questions surrounding this case, or to refute the alternative narratives. My question is quite simply, why not?
The official narrative of the Boston marathon was this: Two Islamic Chechen brothers were fed up with Americaās treatment of Muslims in our wars abroad, and decided to give us a taste of our own medicine. They showed up with backpacks filled with explosives which they had made using pressure cookers and powder from firecrackers. As seen in a smoking gun surveillance footage video from the Forum restaurant, these brothers planted these bombs among the crowd, smirked, and walked calmly away without their bags, knowing full well that they had murdered innocent women and a child. The victims were rescued - in true film fashion - largely by a man in a cowboy hat, carrying an American flag. From there, the brothers went home and lived their lives as usual because they were so callous that they simply did not possess the human decency to show remorse. According to the mainstream media, they were monsters and psychologically incapable of feelings.
Mysteriously, on April 19th, after having been identified as suspects by the FBI, they went on the run. And what a run it was! If ever two men could make themselves look guilty, it was these two! It all began at MIT. No one knows exactly why they were at MIT, but seemingly they went there just to murder a police officer and leave. When they left, Dzhokhar evidently took his own car and allowed Tamerlan the opportunity to carjack someone so that he (Tamerlan) would finally have the opportunity to display his never before seen Jihadist sentiments to someone before his eminent death. Iām sure he was glad to get all of that hatred off his chest.
Finally, Dzhokhar catches up to Tamerlan and it is unclear whether they are talking about going to NYC to bomb it, or go to a party there, but the assumption that they were going to bomb it took-off running. Eventually, the carjack victim (Danny) makes an escape from Tamerlan while Dzhokhar is in the store and calls police who only then are able to track the brothers using the GPS on Dzhokharās cell phone. The brothers continue from the Shell station and stop, yet again, at a 7Eleven for snacks. Boy-oh-boy, these guys sure do dawdle! (It was originally reported, but later corrected, that Dzhokhar robbed the 7Eleven but it turned out that it was a large man with a beard and cowboy hat who committed that crime.)
When the police catch up to the boys, they fall victim to the brothers throwing bombs and grenades at them. The phrase ādefinitely grenades" was actually used by an officer in his description of the evening. These boys were in possession of a stockpile of some very sophisticated artillery! Wonder why they would have needed the MIT officers gun, which they supposedly killed him in order to steal? (unsuccessfully, I might add.)
Clearly the police were scared and in great danger of these horrible boys. When they finally got the carjacked car to stop there was a massive firefight. Tamerlan Tsarnaev went down in a blaze of Jihadist suicidal glory - just like the media expected him to- shooting at police until they finally killed him dead. All of Boston breathed a collective sigh of relief that this horrible nightmare that was Tamerlan Tsarnaev was over. But in another hair-arising plot twist, the other brother got away, stealing an SUV and running over his brother to get away from the scene.
The next day I realized that my government cares so much about my safety that they will send SWAT officers armed with automatic weapons to my home to wave me out of it, hands up and at gunpoint, shouting at me to run down my street and leave so they can search it with no warrantsā¦just to keep ANYTHING "bad" from happening to me. Whew, and here I thought they were insensitive! Thank God they were there. Heaven knows what horrible other person could have broken into my house at gunpoint, other then them!
We were told all day that this boy was armed, dangerous, and out for blood. He wanted to kill people. He wanted revenge. He wanted more Red Bull. We really didnāt know. We just knew that he was going to kill everyone. Thatās what everyone was told. We were told that when found, he too would likely go out in a blaze of glory and wanted to die in the most Jihadist way possible.
Ironically, seemingly wishing to preserve his life, the boy was found, injured & hiding in boat. After a great deal of shooting and grenade throwing (on the part of the FBI and police), the young kid surrendered and was discovered to be completely unarmed, which did not quite mesh with initial reports that there had been a second firefight between the 2nd suspect and law enforcement.
Dzhokhar was then transported to hospital, and without his Miranda rights being read to him, admitted to every last thing the FBI had assumed about him! They had assumed, for instance, that he had utilized a specific issue of Inspire Magazine - they assumed it all over the news before they ever even questioned him-and lo and behold, they got this admission from him! The fact that he was in fact going to NYC to detonate more bombs and not to party? They got that admission too! The fact that they were going to suicide bomb a 4th of July celebration, but had changed plans - doesnāt that make them sound so hateful? - yep, they got that admission too!
So by now, anyone who has heard this story believes that these boys were armed to the teeth, dangerous, murdering, suicidal/homicidal psychopaths. Not only that, they were SO guilty that they didnāt even try to appear innocent. They were proud of it! This kid admitted it right up front, no resistance whatsoever...or so we have been told.
But after the fact - if anyone was paying attention - stranger things began to happen. About a week later, a Chechen ambassador? Activist? living in Turkey, Medet Unlu, was murdered after saying he believed that the brothers were innocent and were being framed. This could be a coincidence, except that this happened a lot. A short time after Medet Unluās assassination, two of the FBI officers who had arrested Mr. Tsarnaev fell out of a helicopter during training. Still a short time after this, Ibragim Todashev was killed following an interview with FBI/Boston State Police about his relationship with Tamerlan Tsarnaev, who Todashev claimed was no more than an acquaintance.
During this interview, Ibragim was separated from all other witnesses, apart from law enforcement, inside of his apartment, and interrogated for hours until he reportedly gave the FBI the information that they had already publicly assumed to be true. Incredibly, he was just about to sign a confession that he and Tamerlan had killed Brendan Mess and two other men, which the FBI had publicly suspected only weeks earlier might be a murder involving Tamerlan and Dzhokhar. They splashed it across the media and across Americaās consciousness so that we suspected the brothers were involved - one of them, both of them - it really didnāt matter, as long as it helped solidify the portrait of them as murderous monsters with no regard for human life.
However, their story had too many holes in it, so they changed their tune to, āthe brothers MIGHT have done it", but they were waiting on DNA matches to firm-up the story. Authorities to this day continue to report having āmounting evidence against the brothers" despite the fact that no actual evidence has been reported and no DNA matches found. Yet, in the minds of most Americans, this was just another atrocity that these āforeign guys" committed against our country. It lent itself to the pattern of violent behavior that we were to believe these men had displayed time and again. Very damning, indeed! Yes friends, propaganda at its finest! You will note that there is a complete lack of evidence presented in this article, despite the assertion that it is āmounting."

Ibragim did not sign that confessionā¦mysteriously he was shot no less than 7 times, once in the head before he could. Ibragim was not suspected of any crime. Nor were the citizens of Watertown who were treated as criminals all day on April 19th. Authorities said Todashev might have had something, a stick, or a broom, or a butter knife. Yet, he was injured and on crutches at the time, and it will always remain hard to believe that 4-5 trained law enforcement persons could not keep the situation from escalating, even as they now admit Todashev was unarmed. If you agree that this scenario is an atrocity please understand it is very connected to Boston. Because it is.

I cannot tell you with certainty what DID happen in Boston or who DID do it or WHY the brothers are being blamed for it, but I can tell you what I believe did not happen in Boston⦠and why I believe it. I believe the Tsarnaev brothers did NOT commit this crime.
For one thing it has been verified that there was a bomb drill at the place and time of the bombing. If that doesnāt raise questions and doubts I donāt know what will, but I will just leave that at that.
http://www.globalresearch.ca/boston-marathon-bombing-happened-on-same-day-as-controlled-explosion-drill-by-boston-bomb-squad/5331505
There are very persuasive arguments that large portions of the tragedy were staged. I am undecided about that myself but I will err on the side of saying some were injured wounded and perhaps killed. I have yet to see a single image of Lu Lingzi at the Marathon at all and if you can find one I will be very grateful as a video of her professor talking about her death was posted on April 2.
If you donāt believe that the military utilizes crisis actors you have only to look at this practice run to see that they do exist.(2:00-2:35)

I would also call your attention to FEMAās HSEEP IV documents, scenarioās, policies, fake news blurbsā¦and preparedness content. I would call your attention to the Templates portion where there are indeed Actor Waiver forms and information for giving the press their story.
https://hseep.dhs.gov/pages/1001_HSEEP10.aspx
There are many valuable nuggets of information on that page that I believe firmly pertain to the Marathon event. In any case none might pertain more than this document from FEMAās Richard Serino, former Emergency Response Coordinator for the city of Boston, appointed to his FEMA position by the Obama Administration.
As of today I have been unable to find any source disputing that Richard Serino wrote this PowerPoint in 2008 and that it has eerie similarities to what occurred.
If you can disprove this I would be happy to consider a reversal on my stance that this is crucial to knowing before anyone can form an opinion of the truth in this event.
http://www.integratedtrainingsummit.org/presentations/2008/main_training_summit/course_18_-_tale_of_two_cities_and_the_running_of_a_planned_mass_casualty_event_-_serino_richard.pdf
If this does not have you convinced that the government was likely quite involved in the event I will at least attempt to show you that Dzhokhar likely was not.
In reference to Fireworks being used as was alleged this was the official statement of the APA.
http://www.americanpyro.com/assets/docs/Media_Messages/release%20boston%20bombings.pdf
Also anyone looking into this kid knew he had fireworks because he talked about it online -
http://weaselzippers.us/wp-content/uploads/BIatp2_CEAEf02Z-550x549.jpg
Even though it is a fairly well-known fact that fireworks were not used in the bombs in actuality, three of Dzhokharās young friends are in prison for moving fireworks. The only proof that we have that they did such a thing is, once again, their FBI interviews which were lengthy & grueling and were about to conclude when they were suddenly taken into custody and accused of taking part in the crime by concealing evidence.
As for the existence of the smoking gun video footage supposedly showing Dzhokhar dropping his backpack in the crowd and walking away seconds before it detonates, Governor Patrick acknowledged that he has not seen it, but said it was "described to him" by the FBI. It was described to ALL of us so that we would feel like we had seen it and yet, we have not.
As for DNA or matching prints - no such things are being reported as matching. As for the backpacks - to date on the indictment both bombs were in black backpacksā¦I would submit to you that not only does this not look black - which while a detail is a rather important difference in this sort of accusation - it looks to be at the Tsarnaevās apartment 5 days after the bombings when the Daily News went into the apartment to report on the squalor that these young men lived in - there it is in the squalor. I canāt be sure that thatās the same bag - maybe it was part of a set - who knows? but it appears to be a very similar looking object and worth noting.
http://media.tumblr.com/1d74f41d8a1b33019fda39a2ce483c6c/tumblr_inline_mm193coFrY1qz4rgp.jpg
itās definitely not black.
And then we have that they went back to their lives as normal. I would do that too if I had been close to such an event, although it would affect me. It would seem, if the young manās Twitter is any source of his thoughts that it did indeed affect him. He commented on a RealTed picture that it was a fake storyā¦it was. On the day of the bombings he spoke with a friend in a tweet that all of media felt decided his guilt - it read -
"@MelloChamp and they what āgod hates dead people?" Or victims of tragedies? Lol those people are cooked." We have talked to the original Mellochamp and have been told that the topic of discussion was that Westboro Baptist was planning to protest the victimās funerals - this was his reaction to being told that news. That Westboro Baptist - THOSE people were cooked. Here is his Twitter so that you might also see the real person behind the media demonizing was a rather typical young man. Like most 19 year old young men.
https://twitter.com/J_tsar
And then they went on the run. What happens at this point is a mystery to all of us, but if you do some research you may find that among his other activities in Dagestan, Tamerlan Tsarnaev had attended a conference held by the Jamestown foundationā¦a CIA front group. Which explains many things such as why he was able to go to Russia despite being on their watch list, as well as why they contacted us - perhaps to say āwe know your asset is here", also why the FBI currently will not release the findings of their āinvestigation" into Tsarnaev to Congress. I would bet that that investigation would show that this man had at points worked closely with our government and was never really investigated, but more so trained. This itself is only a blog but many other sources about this exist and it has evidently been confirmed by the Russian government - conclude what you will from that -
http://politicalfilm.wordpress.com/2013/04/30/russian-report-of-tamerlan-tsarnaev-at-jamestown-foundation-bostonbombing/
According to the suspects mother, which has been neither confirmed or denied by the FBI - they called Tamerlan and told him he was a suspect in this case. Why would any law enforcement personnel call a suspect - a real dangerous suspect - on the phone to give them notice that they were a suspect in a highly publicized crime? Would you not just show up at their house, unannounced, in order to prevent them from attempting to flee, and arrest them? And they could have. They knew them and knew where they lived. No one disputes whether by employing or investigating him - the FBI knew Tamerlan. So now that he was told he was a suspect - now he goes on the run as if presented with no other viable alternative.
As for the MIT police officer shooting, the original reports said the suspect was a 200 lb. male in a robbery gone wrong. This lone male then became the Tsarnaev brothers. Russ Baker breaks it down this way.
http://whowhatwhy.com/2013/05/23/officer-collier-shooting-rosebud-moment-of-the-boston-bombing/
Many sources can be found on the fact that police scanner feed identified - not the Tsarnaevās but Sunil Tripathi and Mike Mulugeta as the fire fight offenders. Maybe this is just a mistake - but the amount of mistakes is staggering if so⦠all stories seemed to turn into this story.
You will note that the carjacking here involves an off duty officer and his nephew - not a Chinese man named Danny. Also in this case the car was carjacked from Shell, in the other the victims as released at Shell and there was a video of it which no one has seen. Also in initial articles Danny was Caucasian, but perhaps later became Chinese so that he could perpetuate supposed American hating sentiment held by the Tsarnaevās that they themselves had never said to another soul.
Dannyās story has also changed repeatedly. I would urge you to listen to all versions from the early ones where they told him they would not hurt him, but he was simply worried they might, to the later ones where he was forced to fight for his life in an action movie.
http://www.ibtimes.com/cambridge-gas-station-owner-tarek-ahmed-recounts-carjacking-dzhokhar-tamerlan-tsarnaev-1205053
As for the stop at the Shell station - supposedly as I said Dzhokhar got out to buy snacks and Tamerlan stayed in the car threatening Danny who narrowly was escaping at this time and this is the picture the media released to show this
http://assets.nydailynews.com/polopoly_fs/1.1328080.1366983665!/img/httpImage/image.jpg_gen/derivatives/landscape_635/police-converge-mass.jpg
The only problem with that story and this picture is that itās cropped and if you see the full sized version you would see that - Tamerlan was right thereā¦if a hostage was escaping - they seem pretty cool with it. They seem pretty calm in general - like they want to ask for directions or are thirsty⦠they look like they need a nap⦠less so like they are threatening anyone. When I go on a road trip - thatās pretty much me too. No lie.

I cannot say much with certainty about the mystery surrounding Sunil. I know that he was said to be misidentified by Reddit users, but how he was then also named as a suspect in custody at the firefight seems baffling to me. Furthermore the fact that the FBI were investigating his whereabouts before the Marathon and that he turned up dead after the Marathon and having been identified as a firefight suspect and the FBI suspected no foul play - give all the other people dead in - not the bombings - but the investigation (that right there are more dead in the investigation than the bombings)...think that over before you unwaveringly trust the word of the FBI.
As for a supposed firefight with the Tsarnaevās, I would encourage you to watch this footage where it would appear that only the cops were shooting and the brothers were attempting to surrender- the most Iāve seen of them fighting the cops appeared to be them holding a lighter. Maybe they did set off a firecracker, but I have yet to see any footage or evidence or scene damage to suggest they used weapons grade explosives. Multiple streets and locations were also listed for such explosives - this firefight occurred everywhere. I cannot guarantee that they threw nothing at officers, but if they did I have yet to see it and I would question why they did. If I was running for my life, whether I committed the crime or not, I am not sure what I would do in desperation. It would seem from this video that anything they threw was in self-defense and that the odds were stacked against them. They were shot at relentlessly with seemingly little retaliation if any. I have yet to see them fire anything at anyone.
Probably the best visual version
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qPndogTKDyQ
Hopefully a good audio version
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b4abBDzq3LM
Then thereās that pesky suicide shootout with Tamerlan - well I would urge you to watch these clips and tell me it went exactly as they said with him shooting and shooting until they got him and Yay! America! We won! This looks a lot different than that. The only statement about these videos is āIt was someone different" on the same night, same area, and massive police presence. But several family members say it is him, it appears by all accounts to look just like all images of him from height to build to hairline, but you can discern that for yourself.
I mean I donāt know who this man is definitely but if it is someone else I would love to know who. It does not appear to be a suicide shootout. In fact everyone seems rather calmā¦
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SJiIAFbFc-k
I would argue that Dzhokhar left on foot because they searched the area - on foot. Witnesses report seeing police run over Tamerlan, not Dzhokhar but even if thatās not true, if he was in custody and is now dead I would tend to assume they did something wrong.
Then we have the lock down which looked like this -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cBKCnJPFO5I
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dDBf7_iFDdQ
Then there was the boat shooting - which looked like this - bear in mind he is unarmedā¦
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yWcOEnXHfKo
It was said he had a throat wound and yet you will see in these pictures just leaked that he evidently does not at this point - and is still unarmed -

Then they seemingly further injured him and this is why the officer who released them is in so much trouble.
Then there was Medet Unluās murder
http://kavkazcenter.com/eng/content/2013/05/27/17830.shtml
Then there was the FBI - murder I canāt imagine this was truly just a random coincidence - do you?
http://www.globalresearch.ca/two-fbi-agents-involved-in-arrest-of-boston-bombing-suspect-dzhokhar-tsarnaevs-fall-out-of-helicopter-and-die/5336131
Then last but not at all least and in fact the most obvious of them all was Todashev - which Rachel Maddow surprisingly championed in her own reporting. Rachel Maddow actually shined for this moment right here - I hated her reporting until this - Everyone should approach this situation with this much skepticism because it is warranted -

Curiously, there are other "casualties" (of the career ending kind) of individuals intimately tied to the Boston Marathon Bombing. The chief the Boston FBI field office, Richard DesLauries, stepped down in July 2013. The head of the Dept. of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, recently resigned her post. The Boston Fire Chief, Steve Abraira, resigned in June. Former New Hampshire state legislator, Stella Tremblay, is a supporter who was bullied out of office over her accusations that the BMB was an "inside job"...and I would expect this trend to continue.
If youāre thinking that the FBI would never lie, I would challenge you that they gave a mother of a missing child back the wrong child and have also never found themselves guilty of murdering anyone they've shot.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PMZrdyCWu7M
These are only some of the sources and some of the reasons why we support the innocence of these two brothers. There is much, much more that I cannot possibly fit in a single email. If you want more information you can feel free to contact me, but I think there are sufficient reasons for asking additional questions and demanding answers to those questions that have been repeatedly dismissed. If there's nothing to hide, then let the truth speak for itself.
I will leave you with this. This boy is - no matter how you choose to view this event - an American citizen. His rights are the same as yours and mine. Crime is crime - war is war. These two things have always been, and WILL always be, these two distinct things. There is not some new breed of "super crime" that is so massive that our justice system needs to be overridden in order to deal with it. If we are at war then we are at war. If we have a crime, deal with that crime. But if terrorism is now being used as a cultural buzz-word that provides the rationale and blanket-authority for government and law enforcement to throw out any and all protocol in dealing with suspects of crimes, then either we need to re-evaluate our judicial system or we need to re-evaluate the excuses we've created for ignoring it.
Terror is not an action. It is a feeling. Crime has existed well before this country was established and we have judicial processes in place to deal with it. If we throw out that system- the right to be presumed innocent until proven otherwise, the right to be read ones Miranda rights at the time of arrest, the right to be protected against unlawful search and seizure, the right to a fair trial- and if we continue to believe and spread propagandist lies, then we are ALL in danger of no longer living in a free & just society. When the rights of one member of our citizenry are denied, there is a ripple-effect that impacts us all. This is what I fear, and this is why I am supporting this cause.
As a fellow US citizen, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev should be afforded the same rights that I would expect for myself, for my brother, son, husband, or neighbor. "Do unto others as you'd have done unto you" - I believe in this mantra, and I also believe that the truth ALWAYS finds a way of revealing itself. There is a reason he pled "Not Guilty", and I, for one, am interested in hearing why.
I urge all freedom loving people, throughout the US and across the globe, to reserve judgement until all of the facts and evidences in this case have been brought to light. This young man's entire future, and possibly even his life, are at stake. Let us consider the gravity of that before we rush to preemptively convict someone who just might be telling the truth!
