- This game is incredibly frustrating...
The core aspect of Surgeon Simulator that makes it so viscerally enjoyable is how it handles its physics. Almost every object in the operating room is interactive in some way, and by assigning appropriate physical attributes, the sensation of playing in a nonsense, bloody world comes through from player interaction most of all.
