The corporate overlords created an auto signature for everyone that sucks. It's made oddly. It should just be one table that you can delete easily if you don't need a signature. Nope. It's embedded tables so if you click on the wrong one or don't select all to delete, you still have a table structure that messes up the alignment of things
It's a pain when it auto inserts in an email chain. No idea where it's getting its data for our titles because it doesn't reflect what it shows in Outlook. NewGal's position change and my promotion don't show up in the auto signature.
I think in our little department, we just opted to ignore it since futzing with it is a pain but I'm sure enough people complained that it's being phased out by the end of the month.
