I missed the financial aid deadline for summer school, but maybe my lack of effort in researching the logistics of summer school registration and my unbrowsed history of my school's course catalog mean't I didn't even want to sign up in the first place. Is that why I'm slightly relieved there's an intervention? The plan floated in my head for weeks now, but I was too indecisive to do anything. I do feel behind though; it seems like everyone I'm talking to are going to take classes this summer. I think I'm too burnt out to have my nose stuck in the textbook for another quarter, especially after taking 18 for units two quarters in a row. I think I'll just get a job this summer to pay off my student loans. I'm content with this idea.Â
