Border TV - or just Boring?

We also got looking at Border TV’s i-dents. For years Border had static ‘slates’ as their i-dents. Static plates were more common in the 70’s and 80’s as the computer power to animate them wasn’t readily available to be used just to power an i-dent. The BBC were one of the first to animate their i-dents as they could afford to have a computer that just runs and i-dent.
