there’s a fucking 11 year old in a discord server i’m in and it’s making me so uncomfortable. like, when i was 11 i was writing percy jackson fanfiction on our elementary school desktops, not talking to random strangers online. it’s so fucked up how i felt strange when a 24 year old joined the server and i’m 15 (that’s 9 years of difference/60% of my life) and this kid thinks it’s chill to be hanging out online with an adult about 220% their age*. like the age difference between them is enough to fit a whole child in there, older than the kid. not to sound like a boomer but i literally hate the internet this is fucking weird

*this is rounded. if you’d like to check the numbers i am 15, the two others mentioned are 24 and 11
