#boomer stuff

So one time I was telling my grandfather about how race in humans used to exist long ago but then different races met and had children and so race has essentially been bred out of humans. This was something I learned in my anthropology class and it was very interesting to me. My grandfather said that it's because of my generation that race was bred out of us. So we don't have time to unpack how wrong that is, but this is a man who refers to our family as Heinz like Heinz ketchup because we are 52 different nationalities. Can he explain how it is my generations fault that race was bred out of humanity?

I will never understand why some boomers (y'know, THOSE types of boomers that thinks everybody these days that have some kind of struggle are just lazy) are so invested in the lives of other people and judge literally every person they see the second they see them and proceed to talk shit behind their back every chance they get. Why does it matter??
