Since I lost 30lb from my bulk I did lose some strength. I've been working on getting it back up to what I was pushing last year at 160lb. Here I am pushing the same weight I did at 160lb, except now I weigh around 126.5lb. My focus is never to lift as heavy weight as possible, I am not a power lifter. My focus is to lift the heaviest I can lift, with good clean form, contracting the muscles for the group that I am working that day. I am building my body.
