So sorry for getting to this so late, I've been very busy. I decided to draw a little bit in regards to your questions instead of just writing a big block of text as an apology lol.

1. Id like to think 007 slightly remembers Elliot a little more than he does the other survivors, mainly in regards to the fact he was a reoccurring person in his life and had to interact with Elliot a lot when he was a still a survivor.

Another line other than this one I thought of would be something like, "I'm ruining everything for you again, aren't I?" Showing that despite his scrambled brain, he does remember things, even if it's spotty and really only comes in flashes.

2. The survivors, after experiencing a few rounds with 007, would probably have caught on that c00lclone is just one of his clones (like the ones he made when he was a survivor), as well as before CC is spawned by 007 he'll walks around aimlessly, and cant see well. They make a plan to test their theory about 007 being blind without the kid by focusing all their stunners on the clone for a round, after getting his health down chance delivers the final shot. And well

Let's just say it didn't go too well for them.

How was the process after he got snatched by the spectre? As in the transformation of being turned into a killer?

What kind of mischievous stuff did the spectre do to him to make his mind SO broken?

AYAYAYAYYAYA TYSMMMM!!! I'm going to be honest I don't know how to draw what it really did to scramble up 007's mind, it definitely poked and prodded to make things to its liking but it could do too much without killing him but to put it plainly it rewired 007s brain

But the Spectre did use other means to drive 007 to the point he is now in, made a little list of the main ways it achieved its end goal:

Essentially the Spectre tortured 007 physically and mentally until he was too far gone to disobey the Spectres bidding (for the most part)

007 has been damaged severely, but you can still see parts of him shine through the fog during rounds. Each round with him is different and unexpected. Sometimes, he's hyped on adrenaline and moving swifter than normal, while in other rounds he'll hold himself back from hurting/killing someone or literally just sit and do nothing, too tired or too far into his mind to realize/care things are happening around him.

The fact he'll sit around isn't the best for the Spectre, but it cant really do anything, as well as negative emotions still flow from both 007 and the survivors even during the motionless rounds (007 is lost in his head surrounded by bad memories or exhausted, the survivors are constantly on edge fearing he might get up and start attacking randomly or they're trying to get through to him, which sparks negative reactions)

I honestly hadn't given it much thought as i didn't plan for them to meet, at least, not yet. But from what I can make up rn, if they were able to meet with 0 interference through the Spectre, it would probably be very emotional for the both of them. At first 007 would probably not recognize c00lkidd since the "son" he's always mumbling about is how he remembers c00lkidd pre forsaken, so seeing the big monster version of c00lkidd would probably spark some fear in him UNTILL he heard his voice properly and realized it was his kid. 007s mind is still scrambled thanks to Spectre but since Spectre made it to where c00lkidd is the main focus in 007s brain (more than ever to really draw out those negative emotions) it would probably help clear a lot but not all of the fog in 007s brain.

C00lkidds first reaction would be all over the place (as 10 yr old are) he'd be so extremely happy to see his father but on the other hand he'd be hesitant to approach him because 1. His new appearance kinda scares him (why's he bleeding, what happened to his arm, he's talking funny, that kinda stuff) 2. He thinks his father abandoned/hates him after all the stuff he's done, and that's why 007 "left" him all alone with the others) 3. C00lclone. Seeing a weird clone of what looks, sounds, and acts like him would probably cement that feeling of his father abandoned him a bit deeper, but with the addition that 007 replaced him with a "better version of him".

when he was turned into a killer, was the change gradual or did the spectre just yoink him during a round or smth and did the changes then? Also what happened to the original c00lkidd? Is he still a killer?

I am SO sorry this is late. I literally typed everything out the day you sent this and saved it as a draft, then forgot to post it...

The change from survivor to killer was a slow process at first because Spectre overestimated how easy it would be to manipulate 007 enough to where he was back in his negative state of mind. After a while of back and forth between him and the Spectre fighting in his head, 007 finally decided to tell some of the other survivors (007 waited a while before telling them because at first he thought it was just his conscience) but the Spectre didn't like that its manipulation wasn't working and that 007 was suddenly building a support group which would help block it out even more. So before 007 could fully get rid of it, Spectre just started tearing stuff up until it had more control to rearrange things to its liking. It made 007 kinda go into a crazy fear induced rage, and he was lashing out in pain, but before he could seriously injure someone, Spectre just kinda snatched him up. All the other survivors had no idea where he had gone until they saw him in a round, not like he used to be though.

Anyways to answer your question:

Noob: Noob only had neutral relations to 007, even after warming up to him, after 007 turned, they're aware that its not his fault but they're still afraid of him and their view has definitely gone back down again.

Elliot: Despite knowing 007 was trying to change, Elliot always still held a grudge against 007/never fully forgave him (I personally dont think he should after all the shit 007 pulled) even though he knows its not 007 fault he got turned into a killer, he's still angry since he betrayed his trust again in a sense by turning on everyone.

Chance: Chance thought 007 was an okay guy. Even when meeting him at first, they grew to be friends later into Forsaken. Its safe to say that Chance is pretty upset about 007 turning into a killer, especially since he was one of the people there when it happened, he feels guilty about not doing enough to stop it (like he could even do anything but still).

Shedletsky: Shedletsky was neutral with him as he was with (almost) everyone when first arriving in Forsaken. They also grew to be friends, bonding over their past mistakes and their attempts to fix them. Seeing 007 get his brains basically fried was definitely hard on him, and having to attack one of his drinking buddies isn't really fun for him

Builderman: Builderman didn't fw him at first but grew to like the guy. He really only tolerated him bc of Shed but formed his own opinions of him over time as well. They grew to be good friends, losing another friend to this forsaken (haha) place is definitely not doing Builderman any good.

Guest: 007s transformation was the hardest on guest as they were the only ones who were kind of friends at the beginning. Guest and 007 bonded over their kids, talking about the difficulties raising kids when the world's not too kind to you. Watching 007 lose himself and turn into the exact part of himself was trying to get away was definitely difficult for him. Having to attack him and the kid 007 talked so fondly about definitely didn't help either.

Two Time: 007 and them were kinda the freaks of the group, 007 had to talk to them in the beginning because there was no one else to talk to at first as no one really wanted to associate themselves with the two of them. Other than that, Two Time really doesn't have much to say about 007 turning other than: "it's too bad, but we can't change it."

Taph: Taph didn't really know him all too well. He does feel his absence tho, one less person in the table, an empty bed in the cabins. It just doesn't feel right with him gone. Even if they didn't talk much, 007 was still a part of his life.
