Hahaha, they hate TUCK JUMPS as much as they hate BURPEES! I can't say I relate, I loveeeee a good Tuck Jump! 😜 Right after I demonstrate a #TuckJump there's always one that asks for a modification ☺️ and I'm happy to give one, deep body squats are kinder on those knees but be sure to raise up on your toes and squeeze those Glutes! 👌 #BodyBlastBootcamp ❤️ (at www.litalewis.com)
