They said I would never jump or lift heavy objects again. They told me I had to have my spine fused. They told me to have steroids injected into my spine. They told me I would only be able to get relief from narcotics. They told me I was to old to heal and too old to be progressive with my body. I told them no. Then I told myself yes!
