Sarajevo,2018.

This has become essential for me on training days. I’m an Olympic Bobsledder for Team USA and use the Charge rub to prep for training sessions and race day. It gives me just enough to feel warmed up and ready to go!

I usually work through the beginning of my warmup, then apply some to areas like my lower back, hamstrings, and calves and continue with the rest of my warm up. It has been working great for me so far!
