And to answer your question, Idk!!! I've been wanting to leave it up to interpretation if they're the same robot or separate entities that aren't often seen in the same place or areas so y/n isn't really sure either! I haven't settled on one concept between the two just yet so either way works! Though the two do have their preferences!
Here's a snippet from some notes I have of them: I like to think that y/n started off with Sun, and then hears about moon not realizing that theres two of them. That's because theyre not often seen at the same place at the same time since Moon hides around the Fazbear's Haunted Funhouse while Sun likes to walk around at night near the booths and other rides. Do they get along? Im not sure! Moon prefers to stay secluded and knows Sun isn't completely sound at times. Or at least his phrasing is off. I'm not sure if they'd be as active during the day, but rather as simple area surveyors who are definitely aware, but wont actively move since they dont want to step on anyone walking around. By closing time they wander around (or Sun does) looking for any one still left behind in the park. Sun still gets overly excited, but his wording is more paused and had a bit of an edge that isnt sure to be described as a threat or curiousity with complete staring including like "Wow youre sure high up there!" He tilts his head, smile unmoving and eyelights still blinding while you stare back as he says,"I do wonder how you'll ever get down."
The au is still a working concept but that's what I've got so far!
