First art post on this blog! Yippee! Anyways, here’s something I did back in April. It’s FNF Week 5, but with me and /v/-tan! ‘N instead of a gun, he’s got a controller! It’s not the best I could’ve done, but I’m still pretty happy with it. And no, I didn’t feel like drawing the chair myself, lmao.

There's not nearly enough art of Sable, the apprentice and assistant to /tg/-tan, but then again.. There's not much known about her besides what was posted ages ago and the few doodles some people still occasionally post.

The Dread Pimp Lich himself, the mascot of 8chan's /tg/. Unlike some of the other board-tans, he doesn't have much of a story or a complex web of relations with other board-tans and their stories. The original /tg/-tan was simply a gangly, scruffy nerd without much else going for him. /tg/ didn't get raided very often or engage in much drama like /v/ and /b/ did. On several occasions, it drove away any mods that cared to try and "fix" /tg/, but that turned out disastrously in the long run. The exodus to 8chan changed a lot of things and gave the reborn communities and legacy boards an opportunity to rebuild and redefine themselves. Somewhere in all that chaos, /tg/-tan was rebuilt as a sort of techno-skeleton who later found himself a young female apprentice.. But like I said, there's not much of a story there, beyond people simply wanting their board to have the kind of fun dynamic that other boards have, like Conrade and his rogues gallery, or /v/ and his houseful of wayward daughterus. Trying something of a digital painting style while staying in practice and doing more drawing than usual. Gotta stay out of that rut.
