Tommyknocks and Sandra not having to dress up for a mission makes sense, they're either out of the fight or got something entirely unique to back up. Is Nautilus just that experienced where he doesn't care anymore and goes on missions in his normal clothes?
Nautilus is actually the most experienced out of everyone there besides maybe Jackal and Butch, but as a getaway driver he looks infinitely less suspicious being in casual clothes idling in his getaway vehicle.
He also thinks the whole "criminal" getup is overplayed, and thinks the others kinda look dopey in it.
