Fanfic writer asks: 27, 19, 4
27: Best review you ever got
Oooh this is kinda tough cuz I donโt get them all that often so when I do itโs just amazing. Anytime someone shows their excitement in their review (whether itโs a keyboard mash, eloquently worded message of parts they like, all caps, etc.) or mentioning how well I was able to capture a scene or character which has them requesting for more, those are my favorites ๐ฅฐ
19: Favorite fandom to write
Well so far Iโve mostly written/posted Fairy Tail and one work in My Hero Academia and one in Full Metal Alchemist. I do enjoy both FT and BNHA but I hope to expand my work in other fandoms too ๐
4: Name 3 authors that were influential to your work and tell why
Oh now you making me have to think XD well one for sure is Patricia Briggs. She is a phenomenal sci-fi/fantasy author and not only do I love her books and writing style but I had the pleasure of meeting her and sheโs a WONDERFUL person. Her way of mixing the supernatural into the modern world is my favorite type of stories and what I enjoy writing with my own original pieces.
Now for two more... I think I might have to go with Rachel Vincent as one of them, she does similar genre writing but with more relationship focus without it being too much of a romantic based story. The way she brings in such relatable situations and feelings for any relationship in the midst of supernatural creatures and problems is amazing.
Thereโs too many that tie for third so Iโm just gonna leave with what I have here haha basically authors who can create fiction and put it into an amazing story with the modern world without the feeling of dealing with true modern problems has my attention. Whether itโs more light hearted and focused on the people or even with darker tones in the story, I love it all.
Thanks so much for the ask!! ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ
