Due to several people expressing a lack of interest in this collab, as well as the fact there is absolutely no way a full deck will be filled, we have decided to cancel it now, before too many people make significant progress.

We apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment caused.

What is it?

Following the success of our project to complete a deck of the Major Arcana tarot cards featuring the protagonists of a different BLVN (the results of which can be viewed here), we have now decided to continue this project to also include the Minor Arcana.

We now aim to make a deck of the Minor Arcana, with each card featuring a different non-protagonist BLVN character.

The result will (hopefully) be a complete set of all 56 cards, each featuring a unique BLVN character from a variety of different games.

How to take part:

Check out the status page to see what cards and series people have put themselves down to draw for so far.

RULES UPDATE

To fill in the remaining slots, we’ve now decided to expand on the rules a bit.

Participants may now sign up for any non-protagonist BLVN character who has their own ending in the game (so both love interests and bad end-only characters are allowed).

There’s just over a week left until finished cards are due in, so if you feel you might want an extension, now’s the time to ask for it. Please contact us either through tumblr or twitter if you think you might want some extra time.

Several additions have been made to this blog’s about page to make a few details clearer regarding creating and submitting your cards, including a new page of guidelines for your artworks.

On top of this, there has been an update to the template border file, so please make sure you are using the most recent one!

In this project, we aimed to put together a set of the Major Arcana tarot cards, with each card featuring the protagonists of a different BL visual novel.

The result was a full deck of 22 cards each featuring a unique BL visual novel protagonist, with over 20 artists contributing.

The artists have all put a lot of thought into the means of representing their chosen character in relation to their card, so we’ve provided a brief description of the cards’ intended meanings next to each piece in the above pdf for your appreciation.
