first, not everyone on T experiences bottom growth, but most people definitely do! going to answer some of your questions directly but feel free to ask more or dm me to chat about it! also warning, I do use anatomical language in this answer just because that's what I find helpful describing what I'm describing.

so to start, the way I experience arousal definitely changed on testosterone. pre-t, being turned on was a full body experience. and most affected, was my torso and abdomen. it was slower and it was more of a "spreading heat" if that makes sense. and now, on T, it's very much focused in my cock. it's faster, it's sharper, and when I'm turned on, my physiological response is primarily getting hard (but not always).

it's actually really really affirming when I'm turned on bc I definitely do feel my tdick become erect. I can feel when I'm chubbed. I can feel when I'm *about* to be hard. etc. it's like I can feel the blood rushing, the gentle tugging and straining, and I can physically feel my cock pulling away from my body as I get bigger/harder.

the thing to remember, is that genitals are not as sexually dimorphic as we think. meaning that, there is no huge anatomical difference between sexes. everyone's dicks and clits and everything inbetween is made of the same tissue, and largely, the same structure. so what your body does pre t (specifically talking about the clitoris) is likely what your body will do on T, but just more noticeably because of the size and the other hormonal responses.

something fun I just learned too is that the clit is also about 9cm long internally. and not only that, but also fans down passed your dick. so when I'm REALLY hard, my balls (the labia majora) also "tighten" which is cool.

for the random boners question, I'm unfortunately not someone who has that experience, but I think they are pretty common on T. as well as is morning wood (which I also don't get sadly).

and I don't know about other folks, but I definitely get so hard I can't pee!! the urethra is obviously in a different spot than it would be for a penis, but my arousal + the size of my cock makes it so that my urethra "turns off" when I'm really erect. it's funny what can give us euphoria but this is one for me that always does hahaha
