Festivals.  Special events.  'New Sights'. 

Could such things truly be called by those names when they were an everyday occurence?  When the top of Sakaar's food chain held one, more, or all of the same any given day on the trash-covered planet? 

Probably not.  Alas, every bit of hype and spectacle was put into every last one, and the same outcome--The Grandmaster's pleasure and entertainment--was expected.  As such, when those kept on-hand for that very reason failed to do so, others were drawn up in their place.  Most of the time, they kept their lives, if not for the richer, though inevitably there was a gaffe or two unforgiveable beyond a sludging.

Loki did not intend to get sludged.

"Believe me when I say you're better off not playing, or perhaps even speaking, with someone of my kind. Consider yourself warned."

Character in the comic I'm making.

Something felt off. As if a storm was coming. As if something was just outside of his reach yet coming at him full speed like some raging beast. Was there something he had missed?

He wasn't sure. Yet he kept feeling like this more and more lately. But it was not just this feeling of something coming. These ... waves of thirst for blood and pain. Mental images of death and destruction. The type of violence he had enjoyed so much as a teen.

Perhaps a smoke would calm him.

He lit a cigarette and took a deep drag, which collected his mind enough to pick up on the sound of someone close. He turned his head to calmly look, expecting it to be a member of his family.
