"Why do you love me...?" You whispered.

You and Michael were laying in bed in your underwear. The two of you were a tangle of limbs and he was rubbing circles into your thigh.  

When Michael heard your question his eyes opened and he furrowed his brow as he looked at you. So you repeated it, "Why do you love me, Michael?"

He kissed your forehead and mumbled, "I love you because I can do nothing with you and still have the best time. I love you because you're absolutely beautiful. I love your eyes, nose, lips, and voice. I love your body. I love you." he paused to kiss your lips, "I love how you talk, how you laugh, how you cook, how you kiss me, how you touch me, how you make me feel, and how you love me."

You felt butterflies rise in your stomach and you licked your lips before speaking, "But... Mikey, you could have any girl ever... wh-" your voice cracked but you continued, "Why me?"

You felt your eyes well up with tears, you were feeling so self conscious and you were so confused because... you were you and well, Michael was the guitarist of 5 Seconds of Summer.

Michael shifted so he was leaning on his elbow and he looked at you. He looked at you as if he was searching for something. "Hey... hey no don't cry. There is no other girl that I would want to be with. I am so deeply in love with you, y/n. I want to spend the rest of my life with you." he kissed you hard and wiped your tears, "When we are old enough I plan on marrying you. I love you you gorgeous person."

You smiled but were still shocked, "You want to marry me?"

"Yeah... I decided that a few months ago." He blushed.
