I have no idea why those were my only thoughts at 3 am but i WROTE THEM DOWN, enjoy.

I'm 27 years old, have a bachelors degree in art, and still proclaim on the daily that drawing is, indeed, hard.

My professional answer is practice practice practice and don't be afraid to learn from others, especially artists who make art that appears the TOTAL OPPOSITE to your own. Art is constant exploration and intrigue, and to get better at it, we get to explore. A lot of the time when I'm drawing, I have other images of art that inspires me open to glance at, or if there's something about that art I want to incorporate into my own work.
