I wanted to show how far I’ve come since I first started drawing digitally around 2010-2011ish :’) it’s been a long 10 years with so much happening--hell this year alone has been a whirlwind of good shit and bad shit. Out of all the early pieces for me to redraw I chose this one specifically for a couple of reasons. It features, esentially my first ever oc, Bluka as she contemplates her life and her fears and just how far she and those around her have come. This scene takes place before she goes off to fight alongside her packmates in a huge battle. Oddly specific piece but I just... I love what it represents. Here we both are, scared and nervous of whats to come. But you just gotta keep looking to the future with faith and hope, you know? I have so many changes coming to my life next year, and I am so afraid... but I know with the sunrise it will be ok. Idk if I got my point across or even what I was trying to talk about tbh...
