Yes, he would bestow upon her his forgiveness. It was not HIS fault that she had not heard of him - a shortcoming on her part, certainly. He didn't seek fame outside the scientific world. That people of lesser intelligence had not heard of him was not surprising. Why would they? When they could not even comprehend the magnificence of his work? HE knew who SHE was though. A woman of royalty. She might wear a crown, but it would never be as impressive as his own, when he took his rightful place on the throne as the greatest scientist in the world.

Law raises an eyebrow at the princess, amusement quick to slip onto his features. A snort before a low mocking chuckle. Did she really just ask him that?

"As a doctor I am well aware of what horrible shit certain substances can do to me," he says, leaning back in his chair and looking at the princess with that constant disrespectful and easy smirk. "So, I do so much worse to myself than smoking, princess-ya."

Which is extremely true. Sure, Law doesn't actually smoke tobacco, the doctor hating the taste of it, but he does smoke marijuana and he has used a multitude of harder drugs in his time. Cocaine, ecstasy, meth, opium. You name it and he's done it. Could even provide you with some for the right price.

Her hand jerks away instinctively as soon as Linn feels the stinging pain of the tip of the needle Vivi was maneuvering over the test dummy. Adrenaline rushes up to her head and falls down as fast as it came. A deep breath, without taking her blue eyes from the little practice wound she prepared earlier on the plushy. The doctor was not expecting this lesson in stitching wounds to end with her having to stitch herself up in the process.

Vivi held a bag of dresses in her hands.

"Maybe you would like to help me choose something perfect? I'll rely on your intuition and good eye."

The princess wants to trust him with this subject, because she knows he will probably make her into a goddess.

“Yes Vivi?” 

Sanji lifted his head up from the book which rested between his fingers that he found while exploring the market here. One that had recipes he was curious about. A smile moved to grace his lips at her question though 

“Of course, I would love to. Is there a specific color you are looking for?” 

Sanji seated himself at the table beside Vivi as he placed down a platter of homemade snacks. It had been a rather relaxed schedule that day, and it was safe to say he was enjoying it. He was often tightly wound, but today he found himself living in the moment. He let a sigh escape him as he turned to the blue haired woman beside him.
